United Space Alliance, the prime contractor for NASA’s Space shuttle operations program is seeking motivated professional to join the USA Nondestructive Evaluation Engineering (NDE) team. Individuals will be responsible for NDE activities related to the examination of Space Transportation system hardware and associated Ground Support Equipment at the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. The ideal candidate must have System Integrating/Project and Level III operation Engineering skills, posses a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (ABET) or a Bachelor of Science in a Technical field plus 7 - 10 years related experience, and current Level III certification from the American Society of Nondestructive Testing. Candidates must be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision. Periodic domestic/foreign travel may be required. Must be able to obtain appropriate clearance.
