EXPERIENCE
More than (8) years experience in oil and gas industries at onshore and offshore fields for coating of steel structure, vessels, storage tanks, equipment, pipelines, offshore fixed platforms and single buoy mooring .
Responsibilities include planning for coating activities ( surface preparation, painting, wrapping, lining, thermal insulation, ….etc.) based on project drawings and specifications, obtaining company permits required for work, supervising and inspection activities, documentation and overall quality assurance and enforcing safety standards .

(c) Heat Resistance Painting System (Offshore Environment).
(d) Anti-Abrasion Coating System (Offshore Environment).
(e) Atmospheric Painting System (Industrial Onshore Environment).
(f) Heat Resistance Painting System (Coastal Onshore Environment).
(g) Powder Coating; one or more of those generic types: (Thermoplastic : PVC, Polyethylene, Teflon, Kynar,…etc), (Thermosetting : FBE, ..etc).
(h) Field joint pipe coating; one or more of those generic types : Coal Tar Epoxy, Coal Tar Pitch Tape, Polyethylene Primed Tape, Shrink-Fit Sleeves, ..etc.
(i) Interior Tank Lining System; one or more of those generic types : Reinforced Fiberglass Mat with Polyester resin, Chemical Resistance Bricks with Asphalt membrane and monolithic cementitious mortars.
