YXLON to Present Flagship Cheetah EVO at China SEMICON 2020

YXLON International, the world’s leading provider of industrial x-ray and CT inspection systems, is looking forward to the SEMICON China 2020 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. They will proudly present their flagship product for the semiconductor industry - a Cheetah EVO system, specifically designed for the inspection and analysis of smallest assemblies in consumer electronics, electric vehicles, computer chips, and many more.
Visitors are invited to bring their test samples for a detailed live inspection performed by the Yxlon application engineers. They will demonstrate the simple use of the system providing best results in shortest time. Additionally, interested guests will receive detailed information on the high-precision computed tomography system YXLON FF35 CT. This laboratory system is available in a metrology version capable of accurate measurements and analyses of small object’s inner structures down to the nanometer range. The Yxlon booth is located in hall E2 no. 2443.
