30+ years in inspection field
24 years as Reliabilty Inspector for major Petro-chemical company.
Experience on most major refinery/chemical process units incuding pipelines, tankage and caverns
Experience in shop fabrication, foundry inspection,shop audits,welding procedures,high alloy materials.
Experience in establishing,conducting and analizing inspection programs such as CUI, wet H2S,dead leg, risk-based programs, etc
Knowledge in most major computor programs.
Recent assignments:
- presently assigned to 9 month contract as Owner/user QA/QC representative on $900M(CDN)refinery expansion
-9 month as onwer-user QA/QC representative on major expansion at world-scale ethylene complex
-6 week S/D at Saudi Aramco's Ras Tanura refinery
-numerous S/D revamp, repairs, etc at Canadian plants
