Experience
•Inspected & Certified, fabrication of new equipments & In process service Inspection of pressure vessels, boilers, columns, API storage tanks, Heat exchangers, Piping, LPG Bullets & Raw materials intended for Refinery, Petroleum & Power generation units as per National (Indian Standard) & International Standards/ITP/QAP (ASME SEC- II,V,VIII & IX.& PD 5500).
•Inspected visual, dimensional, physical & Chemical properties of Incoming Raw Material as plates, valves ,fittings, pipes, tubes, castings& forgings as per Standards used for fabrication purposes as per Customer/ ASME/ANSI Specification.
•Monitored In process Welding & also assisted to improve Quality of Welding.
•Reviewed Radiography films, witnessed & approved MPI , PT& Laboratory Destructive test as and when required during process of fabrication.
•Inspected structural fabrication in workshop/yard related to Raw Material Inspection, Welding & NDT witness, Review of QAP,QA& NDT Documents /Procedures for oil & gas platforms as per standards API RP 2A, 2H, 2B & AWS D1.1 for ONGC’s various project.
•Reviewed/Monitored/Verification of under- water activities like periodical Inspection, Installation of Clamp on structure of existing wellhead platforms of ONGC’s.
•Certified &Inspected Stage wise Installation at offshore of Oil & Gas platforms, Deck modules& Top side Modification as per relevant Codes/Standards/Company Approved procedures on board DB-27 Mcdermott’s derrick Barge.(3 Nos projects of ONGC’s).
•Inspected laying of cross-country Onshore pipelines for Monitoring of welding, Review/Witness of NDT, Weld visual& Destructive Test at site as a part of Certifying Agency for a total pipeline project (GAIL & GSPL Project).
