Has twenty plus years of experience in the pipeline and tank construction and repair field. This includes more than 8 years as a project supervisor or manager with responsibility for project management. Has developed and implemented inspection procedures and documentation for API 653 In-Service and Out-of-Service inspections and has developed and qualified welding procedures to both ASME Section IX and API 1104. Has extensive experience in qualification of welders and welding inspection on above ground storage tanks, refined product terminals/fill stands and on cross country pipelines.
Experience in all aspects of above ground storage tank repair including cleaning, gas freeing, mechanical repair and upgrades, installation of AST cathodic protection systems as specified by API 651, under-tank liners and leak detection, installation of thin film & thick reinforced tank linings as specified by API 652.

Extensive experience in working with federal and state regulators for air quality regulatory compliance relating to tank seal inspections, AST tank inspections to API 653 and STI SP001-03, and working with various state water quality regulatory departments to develop discharge plans for permitting to allow discharge of tank hydro-test water into the environment.
