Experience
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Proficient in using P&ID’s, U1A’s, and plot plans to create isometric drawings, set up and perform UT surveys of various piping vessels and tanks in gas plants, refineries, and field locations
· Experianced in setting up and performing positive material identification inspections on various refinery piping
· Experience performing internal and external inspections on various pressure vessels and tanks
· Experience in performing and interpreting x-rays for the nuclear industries
· Experience performing and evaluating x-rays on weldments, castings, and aerospace equipment to ASME, ASTM and applicable air force standards
· Experienced in writing non-destructive testing procedures, scan plans, and techniques

· Ten years experience operating, maintaining, and calibrating magnetic particle, ultrasonic, eddy current, radiographic, fluorescent penetrant and optical equipment
· Fisher Controls Level II in radiography, fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspection methods
