More than 16 years experience in oil and gas industry with various construction project, refineries, petrochemical plant, turnaround project and heavy industries platform which duties and function are mainly involved in piping works (fabrication / erection), inspection and documentation, test package, pre-commissioning including hydrotest, flushing, re-instatement and commissioning work. The primary objective is to supervise and appraise the contractor performance on the project execution to ensure the work is performed in accordance with contract requirements and project specifications, of high quality and in a safe manner within the project schedule. with Codes and Standards of ASME B31.3, AWSD1.1 ( AWS, ASTM, ASME, ANSI B31)
