NDE Site Supervisor: utilize multiple NDT methods such as UTT, UTSW,
AUTPA, MT, PT inspection as well as visually inspection on tanks, vessels,
exchanges, ect. Conduct and coordinate all UTT, UTSW and AUT/Phased Array
inspections to be performed through Chevron reps. Create daily in-depth
inspection reports utilizing Omni scan and TomoView as well as auto-cad
designed diagrams of units inspected. Follow in depth prints to configure
designated UT/RT points of inspection. Meet with chevron reps daily for job
permits and designated control rooms for site/plant of inspection.

record all rejects for AUT, MUT, RT, and hydro.

Monitor and record all line pipe that is UT inspected (AUT and MUT), x-rayed
and hydro tested. Document all weld repair pipe and insure that all API and
customer standards are meet or exceeded. Give in depth daily reports on all
daily activity.

Monitor and record all pipe inspected with crab style UT and MUT per
Tuboscope. Document all acceptable/rejectable pipe. Whiteness all UT
calibrations to assure the customers requirements were meet or exceeded.

Whiteness and record all calibrations for AUT Kraught Kramer unit, Phasar
hand held phased array units and hydrostatic testing, to assure all customer

Third Party NDT/Phased Array(Omni scan and crab style units) and TOFD
Inspection/Audit, Double Jointer Inspector, Manual prove-up, AUT, and
Digital radiography inspection. Double Jointer visual inspector, logging all
heat numbers, pipe numbers and all double joint numbers with daily in depth
reports. Review x-ray film and interpret digital x-rays of girth welds and
make sure all pipe coincide with a minimum of API5L specifications. NCR’s as
needed.
