Level II Penetrant Inspector
Processing parts and inspection of parts. Controlling documents making sure all operations are completed and stamped off and have no open D stamps in traveler. Do daily process controls, checking penetrants sensitivity, checking developer making sure it is not contaminated, and check black lights strength.

Checking the strength of the acid, controlling the amount of material taken off the parts and inspecting of the part.

Running x-ray machines, 320kv, 420kv, adjusting the time to produce a good quality radiography. Processing the film, daily process controls, check speeds of the film processors and cleaning out jammed film, checking the strength of developer, hardener and checking the flow rate of processors and sorting of film.

Running of RTR, RTIS, Hect, 320kv, rod anode, Linatron 6000 x-ray machines and Type I and Type II penetrants. Do daily process controls, processing of film, sorting of film, inspection various x-ray images. Set up for x-ray of rocket motors and other components.

Inspection of air tubes for rockets, mixing blades, mixing bowls and other equipment.
