Veterans Hospital Phase IV – Design-bid-build: construct main hospital and build out heavy equipment within energy center: North Las Vegas, NV. As a Independent consultant/contractor structural steel inspector monitored and inspected structural steel fabrication and erection, material identification, welding, high strength bolting and spray-applied fireproofing. While on these projects he conducted NDT testing, high strength bolting inspections, monitored erection and welding of structural steel members.
