NDT
• 5 years experience as Level III MT. Additional 10+ years as a Level II.
• Certified SCA (Source Certifying Agent) NDT Level III for Honeywell. Also approved for Hamilton Sundstrand, Bell Helicopter, G.E. Aviation, and other aerospace related companies.
• Very familiar with aerospace specifications in relation to NDT.
• Hands on M.P.I. operator (do approximately 50% of all M.P.I. jobs personally).
• Write procedures and develop technical data sheets for NDT.
• M.P.I. supervisor responsible for the training and certification of operators.
Inspection
• Skilled in the use of precision inspection tools and surface plate inspection.
• Familiar with aerospace inspection requirements, along with blueprint interpretation and GDT.
• Served as Quality Manager for a period of 1 year.
• Work with source inspectors (both government and other companies) for part approval.
Auditing
• Conduct internal audits to NADCAP checklists and AS9100 requirements.
• AS 9100 auditor training.
