Certifications
I donot have ASNT certificate but I have been extensively using Ultrasonic Longitudinal and Shear wave transducers for material testing. I have extensive knowledge of longitudinal immersion transducers for wave speed and attenuation testing of composite materials. I have used it for my Masters thesis characterizing particulate composites using ultrasonics.
Experience in:
•Use of Ultrasonic NDT techniques in material characterization
•Strain Gage applications in vibrational and low to high velocity impacts
•Use of Instron and Split-hopkinson pressure bars for low to high velocity impacts
•In-depth knowledge of Lathe, Shaper, Drilling and Milling machine
