2001-2004 I apprenticed under Chef David Joyce at Wilkes-Barre Area Vocational Technical School. I studied culinary arts while honing my skills and also assisted in teaching night classes.

Experience
2012-Present Quality Control, Precision Wire Components, Tualatin, OR. I preform quality inspections on medical guide wire used in various surgeries. Here I gained experience with numerous measuring devices while adhering to strict policies and procedures. Also I am to interpreting customer drawings and blueprints. Various equipment is used to measure the wire down to a millionth of an inch.
2011-2012 Quality Control, Nucor Steel, Jewett, TX. I contracted at Nucor Steel in their physical laboratory and charpy laboratory preforming various inspections on steel products to determine the quality of steel according to customers written procedures. Tests included tensile testing and charpy impact testing. Nucor Steel is among the top rated in safety and instilled these beliefs in each and every employee worked within the company.
2010-2011 Juvenile Correction Officer, Texas Youth Commission, Corsicana, TX. I was to maintain order while controlling a safe environment for myself, fellow co-workers, and the youth.
2009-2010 Quality Control, PSL North America, Bay St. Louis, MS. I was to ensure quality of our product by methods such as UT, PT, and VT. Here I gained experience using heavy equipment such as 50 ton overhead crane, power grinders and cutters, plasma cutters, and bevelers. (with a high priority to meet production schedules and quota)
