Experience
8 years in NDT, with experience in refineries, pipeline, construction, and aerospace. Have been certified to NAS-410 in the past for RT, PT, MT; was also a certified repairman by FAA to perform NDT on in-service parts.
Have performed Radiography with both X-ray tubes and Gamma (Iridium and Cobalt) and have used many different models of each. Experience with Spec cameras, Delta, and INC. Extensive experience with CR systems and familiar with DR systems.
Performed both visible and fluorescent inspection with liquid penetrant and magnetic particle in both field and lab facilities.
Ultrasonic thickness and shear wave trained. Shear wave experience limited to the testing requirements of AWS D1.1.
CWI visual weld inspection experience to requirements of AWS D1.1 and ASME piping specifications.
