Education
2015 Non-Destructive Inspection/Testing Program at Ogden
Weber Applied Tech College.
2014 BA in Cultural Anthropology
Experience
Graduating the Ogden-Weber Tech College Non-Destructive
Inspection/Testing program. I have also completed the
requirements for my OSHA 10. I left the workforce in 2012
to finish my BA in Cultural Anthropology. I earned my
bachelor’s degree in 2014 and found it difficult to find
work in that field. After careful research, I decided a
career in the practical field of Non-Destructive Testing
would be an exciting industry to pursue because of its
innovation and rapid technological advances. I am
starting out with little work experience in the NDT
field, but I am a diligent worker and fast learner.
I would bring to your company a broad range of skills,
including:
• Blueprint Reading
• Composites Fundamentals
• Penetrant Testing I/II
• Magnetic Particle Testing I/II
• Electromagnetic Testing – Eddy Current
• Radiographic Testing
• Ultrasonic Testing I/II
Comments
I am confident that my skills and my passion for technology
are a perfect match for this position. I have experience in
many fields of work and have worked alongside all walks of
life. I am confident I can adapt well to any environment. I
would love to combine the critical thinking skills I gained
from my BA with my technical training in a practical
application. This analytical approach would benefit a
position that requires problem solving and being of service
to people.
I am highly motivated and would appreciate the opportunity
to better develop my skills by working for your company. I
look forward to hearing from you.
