Experience
August 2014 – Present, Tesoro Corporation (Kenai, Alaska) – Area 1 Refinery Inspector. Responsible for Multiple Units inside designated area including; Crude, Vacuum, Reformer, LPG along with tank farm piping in the Tank Farm. Safely conduct Visual inspections both externally and internally using both API obtained certifications API 510 and 570 at set frequencies governed by API, State Jurisdictional and Risk Based Inspection programs/requirements. Participate with inspection planning both Run & Maintain duration and upcoming Turn-Around planning for shutdowns/outages. Oversea NDT contractors tasked with providing NDT inspection, review & interpret results and update results into inspection data base. Coordinate and schedule NDT crews for advanced NDT inspections including phased array, IRIS inspection, shear wave, AUT inspection typically not available by local NDT providers in state.

May 2012 – August 2014, Acuren USA, Inc. (Kenai, Alaska) - Facility Radiation Safety Officer, Lead NDT Level II Technician. Responsible for overseeing radiation safety program at the Kenai, AK facility. Maintain all radiation safety records for multiple locations. Conduct radiation safety field audits. Produce, develop, interpret, and report radiographic images and film complying with specific codes as requested by clients. Perform, interpret, and reported Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant testing results. Perform, interpret, and reported Ultrasonic testing results.
