•Coordinate all planned and schedule inspection activities with production, testing, and quality departments.
•Issue Notifications for Inspection (NOIs) to Clients according to approved ITP, the Contract, or as otherwise agreed, for all umbilical manufacturing and testing activities.
•Facilitate the weekly activity progress meetings with Client site representatives and issue progress reports.
•Identify areas of concern and report problems related to quality as they arise.
•Perform incoming inspection, and documentation review for received company provided items (CPI) as well as issue timely report (punch list as needed).
•Perform Mechanical Completions of umbilicals and participate during loadout as needed.

•Implementation of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management Systems in a variety of industries (aggregate and cement products manufacturer, steel pressure vessels manufacturer, food product processing-milk/cheese/yogurt/almonds), from inception to independent body certification (Lloyd’s, TUV, ELOT).
•Provide training and guidance to other inspectors in the organization to ensure smooth interface with customers.

f.Inspection of API 5L Subsea Steel X65 Catenary Riser (SCR) and Flow Line Pipe, 12”, 8” & 6” as well as inspection of Seamless Line Pipe Manufacture per API 5L PSL 2 X65 – (Sizes 273.1x20.6mm, 168.3x15.9mm), Production Line, Water Injection, and Test Line pipe at Tenaris Dalmine, Italy, and Vallourec Mannesmann, Brazil.
g.J-LAY COLLARS (1270pcs) and Test Ring Manufacture inspection, Installation Rings, Bulkheads, Buckle Arrestors, CHOC manufacture per ASTM A694 F65, as well as Subsea Ball Valves for Buoyancy Tanks Manufacture, ASTM A105N / A182 F51 at GALPERTI.
h.Inspection of Upfacing and Downfacing subsea structures, Hub/Pup Pieces, and VCCS Clamp Connectors at AMEK and REMET.

Additional experience in Auditing, MRB documentation reviews, Mechanical Completion and Incoming equipment inspections, and Client representation during pre-production meetings in various projects.
