• Lead CWI for 250 south street New York, in Thetford Mines, Canada
• Perform daily inspections on structural steel in compliance with AWS D1.1, AISC and ASME
• Perform MT and UT/SW inspections in compliance with AWS D1.1 SECTION 6.2
• PT inspections as needed.
• Review WPS, PQR and Welder Certification records
• Review of structural drawings for AISC compliance
• Complete NCR and RFI reports as needed
• Collaborate daily with in house QC and Management to resolve issues
• Oversee inspectors daily work schedule and review inspection documents
• Oversee and direct level 1 inspectors as needed.
• Distribute project documents for inspection.
• Review MTR’s and Project documents
