Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities,based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance. Patrol and monitor work areas and examine tools and equipment inorder to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures or safety rules.
Inspect completed work to certify that maintenance meets standards and that aircraft are safe and ready for flight.
