SUMMARY OF RECENT EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

2003 Baseline Data Inc., of Pasadena Texas, agreed to assign this inspector to various shop environments to monitor, inspect, document and supervise the fabrication of pressure vessels for a number of their clients. He was sent to Freeport Welding & Fabrication in Freeport TX. in order that he might monitor the fabrication of a two-piece production unit for Oxy Vinyls of Deer Park, TX.

The Tex-Fab vessel shop in North Houston was assembling four large vessels for Valero Chemicals, which needed a series of in process and hydro-test inspections. This third party inspector performed the required duties and rendered the proper reports as requested by the company, on time and within budget.

2002 Recently associated with BCD Inspection Services Co. of Houston, TX. Functioning as a third party surveillance inspector at multiple locations on projects ranging from ASME B&PV code, AWS D1.1, API 6D, API 11D, and playing a major part in Chevron Products / SBM-Imodco’ s production of a proto-type of “Instrument Air / Nitrogen Generation Skid unit”. Capable of producing pure, clean, dry (-97*F) instrument air and also 99% pure Nitrogen. To be used in offshore platforms or other applications.

During the month of December 2002, this inspector was a guest of the people of South Korea, in Changwon, as he was involved in the trouble shooting of welding parameters on an FCCU unit, which when completed, was shipped to Hawaii, for final installation. All work performed was
for the ChevronTexaco Corporation.

Glenn Tech International Inc. of Houston TX., rendered my services to SparTEC, Inc (a Div. of Jay Ray Mcdermott, Exploration / Development Corp); My function was to travel all of the south-central United States and perform an ISO 9000 audit / inspection on their third party inspectors, as they performed their functions. The goal was to ascertain the quality of the inspection monitoring on assorted vessels, piping, boilers, exchangers, ductwork, and related equipment for the offshore SPAR RIG known as MEDUSA / MURPHY OIL PLATFORM.
