Subject: Position Applying for QA/QC Welding Inspector
Four years (4) experience as Quality Control Inspector in Welding, Pipeline, Piping and Structural Jobs at various sites in oil and gas sector.Having good knowledge in Pipeline, piping and welding (SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW etc.).Able to read the isometric drawings, PID Drawings and structural Drawings.
Able to carry out procedure Qualifications, welder Qualification as per applicable codes and standards. Knowledge in quality assurance and quality control Techniques. Conversant with various materials like carbon steel, austenitic steel, and LTCS material. Familiar in hydro-testing, preparation of test package, stress reliving (PWHT) and PMI. Good knowledge in NDT methods like Visual inspection, Liquid penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, Magnetic particle testing.
I have more than 4 years of experience in oil and Gas Inspection sector, please let me know your feedback.
