Experience in Welding / NDT inspection and surveillance for oil and gas fabrication and manufacturing (exploration and production).
Duties include shop fabrication, site installation and construction project in fabrication and engineering inspection for Subsea Module /Subsea equipment (X- Mas Tree and Manifold) / Hook–up & Commissioning / Wellhead Platform / Central Processing and structure Fabrication.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of international specification, procedure, code and practices in quality control and quality assurance of oil and gas fabrication (upstream / downstream) and manufacturing (equipment).
Ensure all critical inspections are completed in accordance to applicable written standards, codes and procedures and also capable of interpreting test results based on specification requirement.
Conversant with most of the International Codes and Standards such as ASME, AWS, API, ASTM, BS EN 473, DNV and ISO Quality Procedures with competent in interpret of the Isometric and P&ID drawing.
Holding a good background in various types of welding process, welding procedure, destructive testing, engineering testing, weld symbol with extensive experience in carrying out all NDT methods (UT, PT, MT, WI, Nitol Etching and Copper Sulphate Inspection) independently and in material selection/identificatio
