Training Instructor
Alberta Ironworkers Apprenticeship and Training Plan. Testing welders and teaching courses

Welding Instructor
Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) Edmonton.
I taught the Alberta Welder Apprenticeship Training Program, a three-year program covering all trade related subjects and all welding processes, SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW etc.
I have also taught Continuing Education courses, the Alberta “A” course for candidates wishing to write the Quality Control module and the Alberta “B” pressure practical pipe course.
For years I have taught the Gooderham Centre for Industrial Learning modules to candidates wishing to become Certified Welding Inspectors under the CSA W178.2 Code.
During my years at NAIT I have been active in all aspects of the welding program, revisions and review of exams, developing quality control manuals, developing new curriculum, Open House Coordinator, International Education experience on Cuban Project and in Yemen etc.
