SUBCONTRACTING STEEL QA INSPECTOR 1996-2004: Provided QA inspection, QA surveillance of fabrication of larger steel structures such as New York Schools, Turning stone Casino Event Center and other commercial builings in Quebec and NE USA fabrication shops for various NE clients. Solicited and Bid projects.
Worked for a number of testing laboratories in Conn, NY and NJ. Provided shop inspection of structural steel, visual, NDT and paint inspections as required.
Some projects:
Tampa Florida Airside A Hanger shop fabrication, was responsible for total shop fabrication of the Nashville Arena, site inspections for commecial buildings and schools in CT and NJ. Perfored ultrasonic inspection of splices in the renovation of the Empire State building Mooring tower.

Comments
I have specialized in structural steel and my primary goal was to establish a QA service in Quebec ( I am moderately fluent in French)for USA project fabricated out of the country. I am now willing to negotiate other industries for further experience and training since the structural steel market is slow.
