Home NEWS & EVENTS [more] TETRA Process Services group’s ExxonMobil – Baton Rouge project was recently awarded First Place in the under 100,000 man-hours per year division by the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance. For this project, TETRA Process Services was chosen from approximately 160 contractors in this classification, which included all industrial contractors, such as Refining, Petrochemical, Paper, and General Industry. The majority of the crew in Baton Rouge has worked at the ExxonMobil site for 17 years under the leadership of Project Manager, Billy Hymel. Initially, these team members worked for the contractor previously handling the project, but they have worked for TETRA Process Services since the contract was taken over in late 1999. The project was nominated for the award by Ray Stickman, Refinery Manager for ExxonMobil – Baton Rouge. For the Baton Rouge project, TETRA Process Services operates a permanent processing site within the refinery. The services we provide for ExxonMobil involve processing most of the refinery’s oil bearing materials into usable products.
