This 37 year old testing lab specialize in construction materials testing, environmental, geo-technical engineering and consulting has an immediate opening for a NDT Technician.

This position will be responsible for quality assurance on fabrication and field erection of structural steel building components including welding, welder certifications, bolted connections, paint thickness measurements, and steel truss inspection. Requirements include AWS/CWI with preferred Level II UT, MT, and PT certification. Working conditions include climbing ladders and working from elevated positions. Some travel will also be required. Need to have valid drivers license, good driving record, and demonstrate good safety practices. As a Safety Officer for company additional duties will include running monthly employee meeting, reviewing accidents and interfacing with Safety Administrator and President. Will also develop clients and new business for company.
