Lead and manage NDE and welding programs for manufacturing company, ensure that product meets customer, regulatory, and company requirements. Administer NDE and welding programs throughout North America. Oversee equipment needs for NDE and welding activities. Represent company in industry organizations and activities Coordinate training. Review regulatory documents and compliance requirements. Serve as technical consultant for company and customers. Position is located in the Midwest. Excellent salary and benefits.

Bachelor's degree with concentration in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Weld Engineering.
NDE Level III certified in the AE, LT, MT, PT, RT, UT, and UTT methods.
Certified Welding Inspector (AWS/CWI).
Knowledge or the ability to readily understand and apply industry regulatory requirements, including NDE & weld requirements, ASNT TC-1A, AWS requirements, CGSB requirements, or equivalent.
Significant experience in the development, maintenance and training of NDE and welding procedures and programs.
Significant experience in welding and NDE activities.
At least five years experience in related industry.
Supervisory experience.
