A growing OEM of highly engineered products is searching for a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER for their southern plant. Our client is enjoying increased sales and is launching new products. We are searching for candidates with direct experience tooling and processing multi spindle automatic screw machines. Knowledge of cutting tool design, layouts and CAMS is required. The ideal candidate will have direct experience on either Acme or Davenport screw machines. This engineer will work on projects to decrease set up times, cycle times and material flow. Past experience documenting processes and launching new components. The ideal candidate will have strong CAD design skills and computer skills.

MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years developing cutting tools and machine layouts for multi-spindle screw machines. Past experience on Acme and Davenport is preferred. We will look at candidates with New Britain, Index, Euroturn, Schutte, Gildmeister or other brands of screw machines. We will consider degreed and non-degreed candidates.
