Our client is looking for a solid candidate to manage the full operations of their company. This company is a contract manufacturer of complex aerospace components.
Interested candidates will need a minimum of a 4 year technical or marketing degree and 5 plus years of experience managing a company. This position will require strong technical skills, sales / marketing, operations, manufacturing systems, P&L, profit and loss, budgeting and direct aerospace experience. This position will manage engineering, materials, purchasing, quality, sales and plant operations. Solid sales skills and the ability to work with customers is a plus. The ideal candidate with strong technical machining knowledge and a proven track record of increasing sales. Past experience growing and managing a sales department is a must.
Our client has strong capital backing and is profitable. This position will focus on growing the organization. The ownership is looking for candidates that can work with very little direction and excellent strategic planning experience. The ideal candidate will be offered a competitive salary, bonus and profit sharing along with executive perks and good benefits.
They are in a great area that offers skiing, hiking, hunting, fishing and many outdoor activities. Fantastic opportunity for an individual who has a proven track record and would love to run a company with minimal input from ownership.
MUST HAVE: a minimum of a four year degree and five plus years managing a company. Candidates with past experience in a machining / aerospace environment are strongly preferred. Direct involvement in sales, marketing and strategic planning is also required.
