- Client has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Quality Control Methods Technician, with thorough working level knowledge of Non-Destructive and Ultrasonic Testing (Level III) methods and techniques, for their Bloomfield, CT facility.
- Applicants must have Level III Certification in one or more NDT disciplines and 3 to 5 yrs of related experience to qualify.
- They must be able to interpret codes and standards, administer training and examination of Levels I and II NDT personnel, direct the fabrication of test specimens and accessory equipment and establish standards to insure that all specifications are followed.
- Responsibilities will include maintaining a liason with functional departments, equipment suppliers and customers, diagnosing trouble areas and assisting with or performing system, outside process and/or customer audits and visual and dimensional, as well as NDT, inspection of composite and metal assemblies.
- A high school diploma, or the equivalent, plus additional broad, specialized training equal to 2 yrs of college is required.
- Drug Test and Background Check
- US Citizenship or Green Card
