Ladish Co., Inc., is a Milwaukee, Wisconsin area based manufacturer of high tech forgings for jet engine, aerospace and commercial markets. We currently seek a qualified candidate to supervise technicians who perform nondestructive ultrasonic immersion examinations on various metal materials and forge products used in the jet engine and aerospace markets. Will provide direction to technicians who operate automated scanning equipment to check materials or product requirements against standards, procedures and customer specifications. Responsible for ultrasonic specification review and development of customer approved techniques/methods used during ultrasonic inspection. Administers training and certification programs for technical personnel. Involved in customer and internal audits and prepares necessary written reports.

Ideal candidate will have a two-year Associate Degree in Nondestructive Testing (NDT). Individual must have the qualifications to be certified as a Level III ultrasonic inspector. Will be required to maintain certification levels through passing written and practical exams/testing procedures for various jet engine manufacturers. SNT-TC-1A or NAS-410 training hours for Level III ultrasonic immersion experience preferred.
