Major machine tool distributor is searching for a leader to manage the operations of a successful company. Our client distributes many different precision CNC machine tools. They have a strong reputation for professionalism and customer service.

This position will focus on P&L, profit and loss, budgeting, pricing, sales, marketing, contract negotiation, contract administration and daily operations. Strong communication and organization skills are required to provide premier customer service to their customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent operations experience and the ability to develop and improve systems to ensure quality, delivery and successful launches of turn key projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a four year technical degree and five plus years managing a machine tool distributor or precision machining operation. Solid presentation and sales ability will also be required. Interested candidates will need strong financial skills. Candidates with an engineering degree and MBA is preferred. This position requires some travel and will play a major role with large key accounts. Interested candidates with excellent planning and problem solving skills should submit their resume.
