Our client is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Engineer Systems position in their Minneapolis headquarters. This position provides technical support and guidance for maintenance of Airbus systems and components through engineering research and actions.

You will be responsible for maintaining the safety and reliability of either the A330 or A319/320 fleet systems issues. Key customers are the Line Maintenance Organization and other maintenance programs. Must be able to work in a team environment, handle multiple customers, be self-directed, and have good written and verbal communication skills. This position will require carrying a pager and may require 5-10% travel.

• Knowledge and experience with thermo and fluid dynamics
(hydrolics, fluids, air conditioning)
• Understanding of schematics and electrical wiring diagrams
• Excellent project management skills and leadership abilities
• Ability to coordinate many tasks and projects simultaneously
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors degree (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or aerospace engineering preferred)
• 1-10 years in aviation-related discipline
• 7 - 10 years experience if not aviation related
