Seeking Quality Assurance Inspector for Aircraft/Aerospace parts assemblies. QE/Inspector will assure compliance and accuracy to variety of dimensional, engineering drawings, and customer specification requirements. This includes conducting First Article, In-process, and Final Inspections. QE/Inspector will validate physical characteristics, processing requirements, documentation, and data package imposed by the customer. QE/Inspector will perform inspection on fuel tank sealing, mechanical assemblies, and aircraft wing sub-assembly.
Skills:
•Minimum of 5 years Aircraft/Aerospace industry experience performing required tasks, especially working with structural aircraft assemblies and sub-assemblies.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints
•Demonstrate working knowledge of utilizing measuring equipment and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
•Ability to conduct and follow up Corrective Action process
•Computer and internet proficient
•Must have good communication skills for communication between supplier and customer
