Major Cleveland area based corporation has an opening in a Eastside division of the company. We are looking for candidates with direct experience estiimating processes for multi spindle screw machines and chuckers. This position will review prints, prepare time, cost and labor and estimates for new products, reviews data to determine material and labor requirements, as well as, calculating cycletimes. This position will determine tooling, gauge and special component costs needed to complete the process, computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for planning, organizing and scheduling work, preparing proposals and selecting outside vendors. This position will conduct time studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data. We will look at both degreed and non-degreed candidates with solid skills and the ability to select the machine tool, calculate the cycletime, tooling cost and outside services. Knowledge of CAM driven screw machines is a must. Candidates will also need strong communication, organization and computer skills. This position works with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, production and suppliers.

MUST HAVE: the ability to determine cycletimes, tooling cost and multi spindle screw machines such as Acme, New Britain, Davenport, Wickman, Euroturn, Schutte, Gildemeister and/or Index. Please only submit if you have screw machine experience.
