30 + year old manufacturing company is seeking a Plant Manager / Operations Manager for its Medical division in Eastern PA. They are seeking candidates with heavy exposure to tight tolerance components as well as CNC Milling operations. Responsibilities will include quoting (including understanding and estimating cycle and set up times), reviewing costs of outside services and raw material usage, interfacing with programmers, machinists, and engineers to develop process improvements and process modifications that raise productivity and quality level, communications with customer development engineers relating to design modifications and design for manufacturability, and 5+ years of Medical manufacturing experience. A degreed individual is preferred, but not a requirement. Our client is offering an outstanding salary and benefits package including relocation assistance.
