A rapidly growing Swiss CNC screw machining facility based out of MI is seeking a Swiss CNC Programmer / Leadman for its company. Responsibilities will include programming, maintenance scheduling, management of tooling, and cost improvement projects such as set up time reductions, and production scheduling. This opening is currently for a Swiss CNC Programmer, but is going to evolve into a Leadman's position as soon as you become acclimated with their processes and product lines. As Leadman, you will be involved with training and teaching other shop floor personnel. This company offers a team environment with outstanding growth potential. Must have at least 5 years experience with Swiss CNC machines such as Star, Citizen, Tsugami, or other Swiss CNC screw machines.
