A growing supplier of power train components and steering components with multiple facilities is searching for a Sales professional to join their team.

This position will focus on current accounts, as well as, developing new accounts. Past experience negotiating long term contracts of precision machined automotive components is a must. We are searching for successful candidates with a proven track record of increasing sales. Interested candidates will need a strong technical background and ability to read prints to identify opportunities. Knowledge of APQP requirements and current contact in design and purchasing is strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must. Solid closing skills and contract negotiation is also required.

MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of selling high precision machine components to automotive OEM and tier one suppliers. The ability to identify opportunities, read prints, negotiate contracts and close the sale is a must.
