Location: Houston Texas

Growing OEM manufacturer of oil field drilling components is searching for a Supervisor to oversee their multi spindle Acme screw machine department. We are searching for candidates with direct Acme experience and past experience supervising machinists. This position requires solid hands on set up and repair experience on Acme screw machines. Knowledge of machine troubleshooting and maintenance is a must. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of set up experience and familiar with threading, tapping, knurling and pick off attachments. Solid knowledge of cutting tools and tool holders is also a must. This position will manage 12 – 15 employees ensuring set ups are completed on time.

Our client will assist the new employee on relocation to their area. This is a great opportunity to get into a booming industry.

MUST HAVE: 8-10 years of set up and repair experience on Acme screw machines. Past experience supervising others and strong planning skills is also required.
