Major OEM of medical instruments is searching for a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER to support their precision machining area. We are looking for engineers with SWISS CNC LATHE experience.

This position will focus on new product launches. Past experience developing processes, tooling packages and CNC programs is required. Interested candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience programming either Star, Citizen, Tornos Deco, Tsugami, Nomura or Hanwa swiss type lathes / swiss screw machines. Knowledge of machine set ups and cutting tools is also required. The ideal candidate should have some experience designing special cutting tools and the ability to improve tool life. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers and design engineers is required.

Candidates will need direct experience on one of the following machine tools: Citizen Nomura, Tornos Deco, KMX, Hanwa, Star, Tsugami or other brands of swiss cnc lathes.
