This rapidly growing manufacturing company in Eastern PA area is seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Plant Manager for its Aerospace division. They are seeking candidates with heavy exposure to tight tolerance components as well as CNC Milling operations. Responsibilities will include quoting (including understanding and estimating cycle and set up times), reviewing costs of outside services and raw material usage, interfacing with programmers, machinists, and engineers to develop process improvements and process modifications that raise productivity and quality level, communications with customer development engineers relating to design modifications and design for manufacturability, and 5+ years of Aerospace manufacturing experience.
