Perform receiving and in-process inspections of nuclear parts (10CFR50 Appendix B and ASME Section III Code) to determine compliance with established standards. First shift position and must be able to work weekends as needed.
Skills:
Requirements include: a minimum of 5 years experience with emphasis on documentation review and approval; familiarity with calibration processes and proper use of inspection equipment; ability to plan inspection activities and set up required test equipment; proficiency in reading blueprints and a good understanding of GD&T principles and shop math. Previous work experience in the nuclear industry is preferred, with certification to N45.2.6. Must be very detailed oriented.
