Ashtead technology is one of the nations largest companies offering instrument rental solutions for any Environmental Monitoring, Non-Destructive Testing or Remote Visual Inspection Project.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Regional Account Manager is responsible for the maintenance and growth of rental revenue in the designated territory. The individual will spend the vast majority of their time promoting, maintaining and growing accounts with some of the nation's largest engineering/consulting firms, and inspection companies. The Regional Account Manager is the direct interface between Ashtead and the customer's main decision makers.

Compensation is a combination of base salary, commission and bonus opportunities. Base salary range is 45K to 50K, new account bonus, a $600 monthly car allowance plus mileage. Expenses are reimbursed weekly; you will receive a laptop computer and cell phone. Excellent benefits package including 401K plan, health, dental and vision insurance.
Skills:
•Basic comprehension of environmental monitoring, non-destructive testing and/or remote visual inspection applications is preferred but not required
•Successful track record of account management.
•Experience and ability to conduct PowerPoint presentations.
•Prior experience in prospecting, targeting, closing and developing accounts. A fast paced individual capable of conducting high call volumes is highly desirable.
•Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Experience in outside sales covering a multi-state territory.
•Outgoing personality with leadership qualities.
•Overnight travel required, travel can be based on seasonal activity in the market
•The successful candidate will be expected to attend regular sales meetings
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
