Our client operates a well established precision machining company in Northern IL, and is seeking a Plant Manager / Operations Manager who has experience managing a Swiss CNC screw machining and CNC machining facility. Responsibilities will include management of all Production, Quality, and Engineering personnel, as well as departmental budgeting. You must be a visionary with the ability to take the shop to the next level by implementing Continuous Improvement systems such as Lean Manufacturing, QS & TS Quality systems, 6-Sigma, and Kaizen and Kan Ban systems. A degreed individual is preferred.
