Rapidly growing medical device manufacturing company is in need of a Degreed Engineering Manager who has experience with GMP, ISO 9001-9002, and FDA regulations, and STRONG knowledge of Swiss CNC screw machining and CNC machining. Responsibilities will include reviewing customer requirements, quoting, developing the method and process of manufacture for complex parts on Swiss CNC lathes, VMCs, and EDMs, and supervising the day-to-day activities of the engineering staff. Additional responsibilities include capital projects, R&D, implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Kan Ban, Sigma, Lean manufacturing techniques, and driving cost reduction programs. A Degree is mandatory; 4 year MBA preferred.
