Division Continuous Improvement / Lean Manager – facilitator, training, team building, lean manufacturing

We are searching for the Division Continuous Improvement / Lean Manager. This position will facilitate Lean activities at multiple plant locations. Interested candidates will need a 4 year Bachelors degree, formal Lean Manufacturing training and certifications and minimum of 5 years of experience facilitating Lean events. Past experience training associates at all levels is a must. Strong planning skills, data analysis, presentation and communication skills is also required. Candidates with the ability to demonstrate a track record of facilitating major events should submit their resume. This position involves strategic planning of long term continuous improvement goals, training seminars, team build and Lean events. Candidates with technical manufacturing or plant operations experience are preferred. This position was part of the division quality manager’s responsibility. They are dividing the responsibilities, creating the division continuous improvement / lean manager position. This position is responsible for activities at 4 plants and is based at the division headquarters.

MUST HAVE: a Bachelors degree, experience facilitating major lean projects, training associates, developing training material and solid presentation skills. Lean Certifications are a huge plus.
