THIS IS A FULL-TIME, BENEFITS ELIGIBLE POSITION BASED OUT OF ST. PAUL, MN! EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR TECHNICIANS TO WORK WITH A WIDE RANGE OF TESTING METHODS! UT LEVEL II CERTIFICATION STRONGLY PREFERRED.

Position Concept
Performs equipment calibrations and conducts tests in accordance with procedures approved by the Level III Technician. Interprets, evaluates and documents test results.

Typical Duties
1. Conducts a variety of tests using established methods. Tasks are performed both in the laboratory and off site. Sets up and calibrates test equipment and records test data.
2. Interprets test data.
3. Maintain related test equipment and tools in good working condition.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Required to routinely lift up to 50 pounds
Education and Certifications
Completion of a two year technical trades training in an applicable subject and/or previous Qualification or Certification in at least one NDT method.
Experience
Experience with UT highly preferred. Experience with MT, PT, RT, ET, and/or VT desired.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to organize and document NDT results.
Familiar with testing codes and standards
Ability to work a flexible schedule. Days, nights, weekends and overtime required.
