CNC Machinist / Programmer – OEM, 3 axis VMC, program, set up

Stable OEM with solid international sales is searching for a key employee. This Machinist position will lead a vertical machining center area with 4 machines. They have Haas, Hitachi Seiki and a brand new Okuma. Knowledge of cycletimes, G-Code programming, tooling and machine set up is a must. This first shift position will focus on programming and proving out new processes and turn over to production. Interested candidates will need experience programming Fanuc controls. Experience with Mastercam, Autocad or Solidworks software is preferred, but not required. This machinist will work with engineers and outside tool vendors to select and order tooling.

MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of experience programming and setting up vertical machining centers, experience programming Fanuc controls and solid knowledge of cutting tools is a must. Candidates with CAD/CAM software and/or CAD software is preferred.
