Swiss CNC Machinist – set up, edit, operate, medical

One of the largest medical implant manufacturers in the USA is expanding their southern California operations. We are searching for candidates with 2 years plus of swiss CNC lathe experience. We will consider candidates with either Star, Nomura, Citizen, Tornos Deco and/or Tsugami swiss lathe / swiss CNC screw machine experience. Interested candidates will need experience setting up, downloading programs, offsets, inspection of components and operation of swiss CNC lathes. Past experience editing CNC programs or writing CNC programs is preferred but not required. There are openings on both first and second shifts.

Our client offers an ultra clean modern shop with state of the art technology. They have an excellent benefit package normally not offered by job / contract shops. This client will provide training to those who have limited skills or worked on another brand of swiss CNC lathe.

MUST HAVE: 2 years of experience setting up and operating swiss type CNC lathes. Past experience on one of the following machine tools is required: Star, Nomura, Hanwha, Citizen, Tornos Deco and/or Tsugami swiss CNC lathes.
